Patient Portal, Map and Directions to Ocala Office

 We are happy that you have chosen Ocala Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center. We want your visit with us to be as efficient and enjoyable as possible. Your first visit with us involves a few special steps so that we can get to know you. 

What To Expect

Once your appointment is made, you will receive a link to set up your Patient Portal to complete your registration.  You will be able to add or edit your contact information, medical history, medications, allergies and preferred pharmacy.  Save your password so you can access your medical records and refill your medications should you need to in the future.  Next, you will receive a text from our office where you will be able to submit your insurance cards as well as read, fill out and sign any consent forms without feeling rushed.  You may also reply to ask us any questions you have regarding your forms before you sign.  If you are transferring from a different dermatology practice or have history of skin cancer, please complete our medical records request form so we may obtain your records and continue your care without feeling like your starting over. If you have records at multiple offices, please reply to the message we send and we will gladly send you additional forms. You may also save our textable number in your phone so you can communicate with us securely without having to wait on hold or play phone tag. 

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the necessary information to provide the best possible care for you. It will also help alleviate any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling prior to your first appointment. If you are scheduled for a complete skin exam, please come to your visit with a fresh face, free from cosmetics.
